LAMAR DUNN

I’m Lamar Dunn—born and raised in the heart of Troy, Alabama, and forged by the values of hard work, grit, and integrity taught to me by two loving parents. Those roots run deep, and they’re the foundation of everything I do as a coach, leader, and motivator. I believe in earning every inch of progress—and helping others unlock the greatness they carry within. My fitness journey has evolved from chasing seasonal motivation to embracing a lifestyle of year-round dedication. I got tired of the cycle: fit in the summer, frustrated in the winter. So I made a choice—to stop playing tug-of-war with my health and sculpt a body and mindset that wouldn’t fade when the seasons changed.
